IN-PERSON Garden Class - Composting:

If you enjoy gardening and outdoor activities, then this class is for you! Join Peter Brown, as we learn the fascinating processes involved in creating compost. Although it's not an immediate end result, it can be rewarding for children to understand the process of producing compost, how it helps the soil and aids the growth of plants. There's something enjoyable in creating your own compost and for children it can be almost magical, as ordinary ingredients transform into soil-like substances.

This class is designed for children ages 7-11. Stay tuned for future classes with the potential toward certification.

**Safety protocols will be in place. Please bring a mask when social distancing is not an option**

**Class will be completely outdoors - please dress for the weather**

We will meet on Tuesday, June 8th at 4:00pm at the Tusten-Cochecton Branch. Register here.
