Crafting Programs at WSPL

The Western Sullivan Public Library is proud to offer you four crafting programs throughout the month of May.

Every Monday Irma Schilling and the Narrowsburg Knitters will meet in-person at the Tusten-Cochecton branch at 6pm. Everyone is Welcome! Bring your stitching project and join Irma. 

On Friday, May 13th at 4pm Raina Bowers the host of Craft Lovers, in-person at the Delaware Free Branch in Callicoon! Raina will teach you how to make Felt Bookmarks!  

On Tuesday, May 10th at 7pm you’re invited to join the virtual Stitch & Listen Group. Leila McCullough, and other stitchers gather virtually via Zoom, for a ½ hour of listening to an episode of The Fiber Nation Podcast and a ½ hour of catching up with your stitching neighbors. This month’s Podcast is titled: Country Life. Leila is the proprietor of Wool Worth,  a shop in Callicoon that specializes in breed-specific yarns from the region, knitting tools, vintage sewing supplies and needlework classes.  

Finally, on Wednesday, May 18th at 5:30pm Sara Diehl and other Cricut Machine Crafters will gather to share tips and tricks of using a Cricut Machine. This program meets in the Community Room of the Jeffersonville Branch.
