Join our Book Clubs this March!

The Western Sullivan Public Library is proud to offer you four book clubs throughout the month of March.

The Narrowsburg Book Club meets Wednesday, March 22nd at 11am at the Tusten-Cochecton Branch in Narrowsburg to discuss  Wild by Cheryl Strayed. “A powerful, blazingly honest memoir: the story of an eleven-hundred-mile solo hike that broke down a young woman reeling from catastrophe—and built her back up again.”-NYT

The Catskills Rainbow Readers Virtual Book Club meets Thursday, March 23rd at 5pm both at the Delaware Free Branch and virtually via Zoom to discuss I Was Better Last Night by Harvey Fierstein. “ A poignant and hilarious memoir from the cultural icon, gay rights activist, and four-time Tony Award–winning actor and playwright, revealing never-before-told stories of his personal struggles and conflict, of sex and romance, and of his fabled career.”-NYT

The Jeffersonville Book Club meets Friday, March 24th at 4pm at the Jeffersonville Branch to discuss  Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid. “A gripping novel about the whirlwind rise of an iconic 1970s rock group and their beautiful lead singer, revealing the mystery behind their infamous breakup.”-Amazon

The Callicoon Book Club meets Tuesday, March 28th at 6pm at the Delaware Free Branch in Callicoon to discuss Fly Girl: A Memoir by Ann Hood. “An entertaining and fascinating memoir of “gifted storyteller.” (People) Ann Hood’s adventurous years as a TWA flight attendant.”-Amazon
