Virtual Wellness Workshop

 Join Wendy Blanchard, Holistic Health Coach and Mental Health Educator, for a WELLNESS WORKSHOP that includes some writing! This workshop will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, May 25th from 6:00-7:30 pm. 

Wendy is a survivor of lifelong addiction and co-occurring disorders, and thrives in her recovery through implementing her personal approach. In this training, Wendy will teach you how to implement the methods in her new book, Write Pray Recover: A Journey To Wellness Through Spiritual Solutions and Self Care. Wendy says, “Using my S.P.E.A.R. AND S.W.I.M INTO WELLNESS Method which is part of my Integrative Approach for Whole Person Wellness, you are raising awareness of self, through the body/mind connection using mindfulness and writing!”
